Everything we produce we make from scratch; we have never sourced or purchased spirit from an industrial ethanol factory, unlike most bitters and whiskey makers these days.
We always source organic raw ingredients from spirit to botanicals. Traceability, sustainability, and unique flavor are way more important to us than the bottom line and profit margin.
This is a new streamlined solution of wholesale options for bar and restaurant partners who are looking for large format bottles and are a bit out of reach of T Edward Wine & Spirits (California) and The AZ Natural Wine Co (Arizona).

Logistics: purchase direct from us, and we will ship within one week. Each bottle contains enough for roughly 150 cocktails or sodas, if using 3 heavy dashes per cocktail or glass of cold soda.
