We work intentionally and we grow slowly; we are one of the smallest distillers in the USA, and one of the very few who know our farmers/grow heirloom corn ourselves, view our practices holistically, and make every product from scratch.
Amidst the bludgeoning world of meaningless digital marketing—every product claiming “finest ingredients” or “small batch” provenance while delivering no details—we offer you transparency and real information from our farmer’s environmental and social ethics, to what makes a particular flavor naturally occur in a distillate. We work with farmers who have high esteem and respect for their soil and their workers, who use heirloom grain seeds and do not spray herbicides or use petroleum fertilizer. Instead, regenerative practices are used, working WITH the earth, not against us.
We work with a select few bars and shops in California, New York, New Mexico, and Arizona with our whiskey, and many bars and shops internationally with our bitters.
